Sam Frost pictured with her boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek enjoying a day of activities on the south coast. The loved up couple spent the morning soaking up the sun at the beach where it was obvious Sam couldn't keep her naughty hands off Sasha at one point dropping her hand down his pants. The pair later did some grocery shopping with Sam taking a ride on the the front of the trolley. Then it was time for Sam to head back to town and was sent off with a big hug from Sasha.
