The Only Way Is Essex reality television star Chloe Sims is pictured having a loved-up break in Paris, the most romantic city in the world, with her new beau, entrepreneur and night club owner Joe Fournier.

The pair were seen emerging from the French Capital's ultra trendy Shangri-La Hotel before taking a stroll down to the Eiffel Tower.

After a spin on the nearby carousel, they went to the world famous Pont Des Arts Bridge, where they bought a padlock, wrote their love message on it and chained it to the railings, throwing the key into the River Seine.

They then spent some time browsing The Louvre before heading up to the exclusive Avenue George V to hit the designer boutiques.

There they spent half an hour inside the Bvlgari jewellery store before emerging with a small bag... Could it be that Joe has already popped the question? What better place to propose than Paris in the summer time!
