MILK CRATE MURDERER TO BE SENTENCED.

Mert Ney faced a sentencing hearing at NSW Supreme Court on Friday afternoon.

Ney, repeatedly stabbed 24-year-old Michaela Dunn on August 13, 2019 after he had arranged to meet up with the sex worker in a Clarence Street apartment in Sydney”s CBD.

Mert Ney, 23, has since pleaded guilty to the gruesome attack reportedly admitting he stabbed her in the face, hands, neck and legs. After the attack Ney went on a violent rampage through the city streets wielding a knife and threatening passersby who were able to subdue him with a chair and by forcibly holding a milk crate over his head until police arrived.
