Tragic death causes girl to fall off cliff placing flowers whilst mourning Bilgola Beach, NSW on 31 January, 2019

After 16 year old Brody Hurst lost his life last week due to an unfortunate alleged "drug related euphoria" incident many of his school mates and friends and family left flowers and memorials to him at the base of the cliff next to Bilgola Beach pool. Last night one friend, a young girl, attempting to lay flowers at the cliff fell 20 mtrs and broke her legs, pelvis, arms and received a head injury. Paramedics called in a helicopter to Newport Porter Reserve to airlift her to RNS and it had great difficulty landing and taking off during the Southerly Buster that hit at the same time.
